You would require either Google Drive itself to transcode or have a PC in between do it. You are best to have a PC locally that does the streaming for you via Plex. Roku doesn't support Chromecast. I hope that someday it will. I know that the Roku OS is based on Linux. So is Android. So, I guess that Roku would be compatible with Chromecast.
